With over 15 years in the maritime sector, Joel’s expertise includes maritime technical certificates, security company approvals, operational licenses, service provider approvals, and seafarers documentation. He has a strong track record in financing transactions, including sale and leaseback deals, and offers solutions for oil and gas projects involving MODUs, MOUs, and Offshore Vessels.

Joel works with leading banking institutions globally and manages specialized ship registrations, including laid-up, delivery voyage, Bareboat Charters (In-In and In-Out), and scrap registrations. He is also an active member of the Panama Maritime Law Association (APADEMAR).
