Gustavo is a qualified attorney in the Republic of Panama with more than 10 years of experience. Gustavo has dealt with several legal projects related to corporate, tax, administrative, regulatory, immigration, maritime and property law; acquiring extensive knowledge in these legal fields.

Gustavo has worked in several renowned law firms in the Republic of Panama and he is an active member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and founding partner of the firm Tax & Legal Solutions Group advising national and international clients.

Gustavo has extensive knowledge of ship-registration, anti-money laundering rules (AML), mergers-acquisitions and the E-Invoice system; this has allowed him to give lectures and seminars related to these topics.
